  • 1 loaf French bread cut into cubes
  • 8 large eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a baking dish and place the cubed French bread in it.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and salt.
  4. Pour the egg mixture over the bread cubes, making sure all pieces are soaked.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the center is set.
