Brownie Ingredients
- ½ cup Butter melted
- 1 cup Sugar
- 2 units Eggs
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- ⅓ cup Cocoa Powder
- ½ cup Flour
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Baking Powder
Sundae Toppings
- 4 scoops Vanilla Ice Cream
- ½ cup Chocolate Syrup
- ¼ cup Chopped Nuts
- 4 units Cherries for garnish
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter and sugar. Mix well.
Add eggs and vanilla extract to the mixture. Beat until smooth.
Stir in cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder. Mix until fully combined.
Pour the batter into a greased baking pan.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Let the brownies cool, then cut into squares.
Place a brownie square in a bowl, add a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top.
Drizzle with chocolate syrup, sprinkle with chopped nuts, and top with a cherry.
