Brownie Cupcakes With Cookie Dough Frosting

Brownie Cupcakes
- 1 box Brownie Mix Follow package instructions
- 2 large Eggs
- ½ cup Vegetable Oil
- ¼ cup Water
Cookie Dough Frosting
- ½ cup Butter Softened
- ½ cup Brown Sugar Packed
- ¼ cup Granulated Sugar
- 2 tablespoon Milk
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 cup All-Purpose Flour Heat-treated
- ½ cup Mini Chocolate Chips
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
Prepare brownie mix according to package instructions, adding eggs, oil, and water.
Fill each cupcake liner about ⅔ full with brownie batter.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Let cool completely.
For the frosting, beat together butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until creamy.
Add milk and vanilla extract, and mix until combined.
Gradually add in the flour and mix until smooth. Stir in mini chocolate chips.
Frost the cooled brownie cupcakes with the cookie dough frosting.
