Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar. Mix well.
Add eggs and vanilla extract to the mixture. Beat until smooth.
Sift in cocoa powder, flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix until just combined.
Fold in chocolate chips.
Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet.
Bake for 10 minutes or until edges are set. Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
