Brownie Layer
- 1 cup unsalted butter melted
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Cheesecake Layer
- 16 oz cream cheese softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking pan.
In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter and sugar. Add eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla. Mix in flour and cocoa powder until smooth. Pour half of the brownie batter into the prepared pan.
In another bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla. Spread the cheesecake mixture over the brownie layer in the pan.
Drop spoonfuls of the remaining brownie batter over the cheesecake layer. Swirl with a knife to create a marbled effect.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the center is set. Allow to cool before cutting into bars.
