Instructions
1. Prepare the brownie mix according to package instructions and bake in a baking pan. Let it cool completely.
2. Spread softened vanilla ice cream over the cooled brownie base. Freeze for at least 4 hours.
3. Whip egg whites until soft peaks form. Gradually add sugar and vanilla extract, and continue to whip until stiff peaks form.
4. Spread the meringue over the frozen ice cream and brownie base, making sure to cover completely.
5. Use a blowtorch to toast the meringue until golden brown. Serve immediately.
