  • 2 cups mashed sweet potatoes
  • 1 cup brown sugar packed
  • ½ cup milk
  • 2 large eggs beaten
  • ½ cup butter melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1 9-inch pie crust unbaked

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the mashed sweet potatoes, brown sugar, milk, beaten eggs, melted butter, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and ground nutmeg. Mix until smooth.
  3. Pour the sweet potato mixture into the unbaked pie crust.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 60 minutes, or until a knife inserted into the center comes out clean.
