- 1 cup brown sugar
- ½ cup butter, melted
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 9-inch pie crust pre-baked
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, whisk together brown sugar and melted butter until smooth.
Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Stir in vanilla extract and heavy cream until well combined.
Pour mixture into pre-baked pie crust.
Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until filling is set and top is golden brown.
Allow pie to cool completely before serving.
