- 1 cup unsalted butter browned
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar packed
- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon salt
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the browned butter and sugars until smooth.
Add the eggs and vanilla extract, and mix until well combined.
Gradually add the flour, baking soda, and salt, mixing until just combined.
Scoop dough onto a baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
