Ingredients 

Filling

  • 2 cups blueberries
  • 3 cups peaches, sliced
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch

Topping

  • ½ cup unsalted butter browned
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup old-fashioned oats
  • ½ cup brown sugar packed
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine blueberries, peaches, granulated sugar, lemon juice, and cornstarch. Toss to coat the fruit evenly. Transfer to a baking dish.
  3. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat until it turns golden brown and smells nutty. Remove from heat.
  4. In another bowl, mix flour, oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Pour the browned butter over the mixture and stir until combined.
  5. Sprinkle the topping evenly over the fruit mixture in the baking dish.
  6. Bake for 45 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the fruit is bubbly.
  7. Let it cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
