  • 4 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1.5 cups Warm water About 110°F
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 2.25 teaspoon Active dry yeast One packet
  • 2 teaspoon Salt

Instructions 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
  2. Add flour, salt, and olive oil to the yeast mixture. Mix until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  4. Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise for 2 hours.
  5. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). Punch down the dough and divide it into two balls.
  6. Roll out each dough ball on a floured surface to your desired thickness. Transfer to a baking sheet and add your favorite toppings.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
