Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
Add flour, salt, and olive oil to the yeast mixture. Mix until a dough forms.
Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise for 2 hours.
Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). Punch down the dough and divide it into two balls.
Roll out each dough ball on a floured surface to your desired thickness. Transfer to a baking sheet and add your favorite toppings.
Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
