  • 6 eggs
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add broccoli and cook until tender, about 5 minutes.
  4. Pour the egg mixture over the broccoli in the skillet. Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top.
  5. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the frittata is set and golden brown.
