Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cook broccoli in boiling water for 5 minutes. Drain well.
In a large bowl, mix together mayonnaise, soup, eggs, and onion.
Stir in broccoli and cheese.
Pour mixture into a 9x13 inch baking dish.
In a small bowl, mix crushed crackers and melted butter. Sprinkle over casserole.
Bake for 30 minutes, until bubbly and lightly browned.
