Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 0.5 cup chopped onion
  • 0.5 cup crushed Ritz crackers
  • 2 tablespoon melted butter

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook broccoli in boiling water for 5 minutes. Drain well.
  3. In a large bowl, mix together mayonnaise, soup, eggs, and onion.
  4. Stir in broccoli and cheese.
  5. Pour mixture into a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  6. In a small bowl, mix crushed crackers and melted butter. Sprinkle over casserole.
  7. Bake for 30 minutes, until bubbly and lightly browned.
