Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 piece Pizza dough store-bought or homemade
  • 1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 4 pieces Large eggs
  • ½ cup Cooked bacon, crumbled
  • ¼ cup Chopped bell peppers any color
  • ¼ cup Chopped onions
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a baking sheet.
  3. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the dough.
  4. Crack the eggs onto the pizza, spacing them out evenly.
  5. Sprinkle the cooked bacon, chopped bell peppers, and onions over the top.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the crust is golden brown.
  8. Remove from the oven, slice, and serve hot.
