Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Large flour tortillas
  • 6 pieces Eggs beaten
  • 1 cup Shredded cheese
  • 1 cup Cooked breakfast sausage crumbled
  • 1 cup Diced tomatoes
  • 0.5 cup Chopped onions
  • 0.25 cup Chopped cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add the beaten eggs and cook, stirring frequently, until scrambled and fully cooked.
  3. 3. Warm the tortillas in a separate skillet or microwave.
  4. 4. Divide the scrambled eggs, sausage, cheese, tomatoes, onions, and cilantro evenly among the tortillas.
  5. 5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. 6. Roll up the tortillas to form burritos.
  7. 7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
