- 6 Eggs
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 cup Cheese, shredded
- 2 cups Hash Browns, frozen
- 1 Bell Pepper, diced
- 1 Onion, diced
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
Add the shredded cheese, hash browns, bell pepper, onion, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
Bake for 45 minutes or until the top is golden and the center is set.
