- 2 cups mashed sweet potatoes
- 1 cup sugar
- ½ cup butter, melted
- 2 large eggs
- ¼ cup bourbon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1 unbaked pie crust
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the mashed sweet potatoes, sugar, and melted butter.
Add the eggs, bourbon, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Mix well.
Pour the mixture into the unbaked pie crust.
Bake for about 60 minutes, or until a knife inserted into the center comes out clean.
