- 1 cup crushed vanilla wafers
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- ½ cup bourbon
- 2 tablespoons light corn syrup
- extra for rolling powdered sugar
In a large mixing bowl, combine the crushed vanilla wafers, powdered sugar, chopped pecans, and cocoa powder.
Add the bourbon and corn syrup to the dry ingredients and mix well until combined.
Shape the mixture into 1-inch balls and roll in additional powdered sugar.
Place the bourbon balls on a baking sheet and let them sit for a few hours to firm up before serving.
