Ingredients 

Dough

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 packet instant yeast
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 1 cup milk warm
  • ¼ cup butter melted
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Filling

  • 1 cup blueberries fresh or frozen
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest

Lemon Glaze

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice freshly squeezed

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, yeast, and sugar. Add warm milk, melted butter, and salt. Mix until a dough forms.
  2. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes. Place in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 hour.
  3. Roll out the dough into a rectangle. Spread blueberries, sugar, and lemon zest evenly over the dough.
  4. Roll up the dough tightly and cut into 8 rolls. Place in a greased baking dish. Let rise for another 30 minutes.
  5. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake the rolls for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Mix powdered sugar and lemon juice to make the glaze. Drizzle over the warm rolls.
