Blueberry Sweet Rolls Recipe With Lemon Glaze

Dough
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 packet instant yeast
- ¼ cup sugar
- 1 cup milk warm
- ¼ cup butter melted
- 1 teaspoon salt
Filling
- 1 cup blueberries fresh or frozen
- ½ cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest
Lemon Glaze
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice freshly squeezed
In a mixing bowl, combine flour, yeast, and sugar. Add warm milk, melted butter, and salt. Mix until a dough forms.
Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes. Place in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 hour.
Roll out the dough into a rectangle. Spread blueberries, sugar, and lemon zest evenly over the dough.
Roll up the dough tightly and cut into 8 rolls. Place in a greased baking dish. Let rise for another 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake the rolls for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
Mix powdered sugar and lemon juice to make the glaze. Drizzle over the warm rolls.
