Blueberry Streusel Bread

Bread Ingredients
- 1.5 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 cup Granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- 0.5 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 cup Milk
- 0.25 cup Vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 1 cup Fresh blueberries
Streusel Topping
- 0.25 cup All-purpose flour
- 0.25 cup Brown sugar
- 0.25 cup Cold butter, cubed
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
In another bowl, mix milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract. Add to dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
Fold in blueberries gently.
Pour batter into prepared loaf pan.
For streusel topping, combine flour and brown sugar. Cut in cold butter until mixture is crumbly. Sprinkle over batter.
Bake for 50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
