Dough Ingredients
- 2 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 packet Active dry yeast
- ½ cup Milk warmed
- ¼ cup Sugar
- ¼ cup Butter melted
- 1 Egg beaten
Filling Ingredients
- 1 cup Blueberries fresh or frozen
- ¼ cup Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Cornstarch
1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour and yeast.
2. Add warm milk, sugar, melted butter, and beaten egg. Mix until a dough forms.
3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes.
4. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise for 1 hour.
5. Roll out the dough into a rectangle. Spread blueberries, sugar, and cornstarch evenly over the dough.
6. Roll up the dough and cut into 8 rolls. Place on a baking sheet.
7. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
