Ingredients 

Crust and Topping

  • 1 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour

Blueberry Filling

  • 2 cups fresh blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 0.5 cup granulated sugar

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter, sugar, and vanilla extract. Add flour and mix until crumbly.
  3. Press half of the mixture into the baking dish to form the crust.
  4. In another bowl, mix blueberries, lemon juice, cornstarch, and sugar. Spread over the crust.
  5. Sprinkle the remaining crust mixture over the blueberry layer.
  6. Bake for 45 minutes or until the top is golden brown. Let it cool before cutting into bars.
