- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ½ cup butter, melted
- 1 cup blueberries fresh or frozen
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ¼ teaspoon salt
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish.
In a mixing bowl, combine oats, flour, brown sugar, and salt.
Add melted butter and vanilla extract. Mix until crumbly.
Press half of the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
Spread blueberries evenly over the crust.
Sprinkle the remaining oat mixture over the blueberries and press down lightly.
Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool before cutting into bars.
