Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Heavy Cream
  • 1 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 cup Lemon Curd
  • 3 cups Fresh Blueberries
  • 1 package Graham Crackers

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  2. 2. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract to the whipped cream and continue to whip until stiff peaks form.
  3. 3. Gently fold in the lemon curd until well combined.
  4. 4. In a 9x13 inch baking dish, spread a thin layer of the lemon cream mixture.
  5. 5. Add a layer of graham crackers over the cream.
  6. 6. Spread a layer of the lemon cream mixture over the graham crackers, followed by a layer of fresh blueberries.
  7. 7. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, ending with a layer of lemon cream and blueberries on top.
  8. 8. Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  9. 9. Serve chilled and enjoy!
