- 1 cup Blueberries fresh or frozen
- 1 cup Lemon curd
- 1 cup Cream cheese softened
- ½ cup Heavy cream whipped
- ¼ cup Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 1 cup Graham cracker crumbs
1. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
2. Fold in the whipped cream gently.
3. In parfait glasses, layer graham cracker crumbs, cream cheese mixture, lemon curd, and blueberries. Repeat layers as desired.
4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
