Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8x8 inch baking dish.
In a medium bowl, mix 1 cup flour and ¼ cup sugar. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Press into the bottom of the prepared pan.
Bake for 15 minutes in the preheated oven, or until firm and golden.
In another bowl, whisk together eggs, ¾ cup sugar, 2 tablespoons flour, lemon juice, and lemon zest. Gently fold in blueberries. Pour over the baked crust.
Bake for an additional 20 minutes, or until filling is set. Allow to cool completely before cutting into bars.
