Blueberry French Toast Casserole
A delicious and easy breakfast casserole with blueberries and French bread.

Main Ingredients
- 1 loaf French bread cut into cubes
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 8 large eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 0.5 cup heavy cream
- 0.5 cup granulated sugar
- 0.25 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 0.5 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 0.25 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoon butter cut into small pieces
Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
Spread half of the bread cubes in the dish and top with blueberries.
Add the remaining bread cubes on top.
In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, cream, sugars, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt.
Pour the egg mixture evenly over the bread.
Dot with butter pieces.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
Let it cool for 10 minutes before serving.
