Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 loaf French bread cut into cubes
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 8 large eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 0.5 cup heavy cream
  • 0.5 cup granulated sugar
  • 0.25 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoon butter cut into small pieces

Instructions 

  1. Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  2. Spread half of the bread cubes in the dish and top with blueberries.
  3. Add the remaining bread cubes on top.
  4. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, cream, sugars, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt.
  5. Pour the egg mixture evenly over the bread.
  6. Dot with butter pieces.
  7. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  8. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  9. Bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
  10. Let it cool for 10 minutes before serving.
