Filling
- 4 cups blueberries fresh or frozen
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice freshly squeezed
Topping
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup brown sugar packed
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ½ cup unsalted butter cold, cut into small pieces
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine blueberries, granulated sugar, and lemon juice. Pour into a baking dish.
In another bowl, mix rolled oats, flour, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Add butter and mix until crumbly.
Sprinkle the topping over the blueberry mixture.
Bake for 45 minutes or until the topping is golden brown.
Let it cool slightly before serving.
