Ingredients 

Crust

  • 1.5 cups Graham Cracker Crumbs
  • ¼ cup Sugar
  • ½ cup Butter, melted

Filling

  • 8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
  • ½ cup Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 2 cups Fresh Blueberries

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a pie dish to form the crust.
  3. Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then let it cool.
  4. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Spread this mixture evenly over the cooled crust.
  5. Top with fresh blueberries. Chill the pie in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
