Blueberry Chia Seed Pudding

- 1 cup Chia seeds
- 2 cups Almond milk
- 1 cup Blueberries
- 2 tablespoons Maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
1. In a bowl, combine chia seeds, almond milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
2. Stir well to combine.
3. Let the mixture sit for about 10 minutes, then stir again to prevent clumping.
4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
5. Before serving, top with fresh blueberries.
