Blueberry Cheesecake Bars
Delicious blueberry cheesecake bars with a graham cracker crust.

Crust
- 2 cups Graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup Melted butter
- ¼ cup Sugar
Filling
- 16 oz Cream cheese softened
- 1 cup Sugar
- 2 large Eggs
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 1 cup Blueberry preserves
Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C).
Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar in a bowl. Press into a 9x13 baking pan.
In another bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla.
Pour over crust and spread evenly. Drop blueberry preserves by spoonfuls and swirl with a knife.
Bake for 45 minutes or until set. Cool completely before cutting into bars.
