Main Ingredients
- 1 cup All-purpose flour
- ½ cup Granulated sugar
- ½ cup Unsalted butter cold and cut into pieces
- 2 cups Fresh blueberries
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- ¼ cup Brown sugar
- ½ cup Rolled oats
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine flour, granulated sugar, and cold butter pieces. Mix until crumbly.
Press half of the mixture into a greased baking dish.
In another bowl, mix blueberries, lemon juice, and vanilla extract. Spread over the crust.
Combine brown sugar and oats with the remaining flour mixture. Sprinkle over the blueberries.
Bake for 45 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
Let cool before cutting into bars.
