- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 0.5 teaspoon baking soda
- 0.25 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 large egg
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 0.5 teaspoon almond extract
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 0.25 cup sliced almonds
In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
In another bowl, whisk buttermilk, egg, melted butter, and almond extract.
Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
Gently fold in blueberries and almonds.
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease.
Pour ¼ cup batter for each pancake onto the skillet.
Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.
