  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup sliced almonds

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the oats, almond milk, honey, vanilla extract, baking powder, and salt. Stir well.
  3. Gently fold in the blueberries and sliced almonds.
  4. Divide the mixture evenly into a greased muffin tin.
  5. Bake for 25 minutes or until the tops are golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  6. Let cool for a few minutes before removing from the tin. Enjoy!
