Blueberry Almond Crumble

Crumble Topping
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- ½ cup sugar
- ½ cup sliced almonds
- ½ cup butter cold and cubed
Blueberry Filling
- 4 cups blueberries fresh or frozen
- ¼ cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoon cornstarch
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, and sliced almonds. Add cold butter and mix until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
In another bowl, mix blueberries, sugar, lemon juice, and cornstarch. Pour into a baking dish.
Sprinkle the crumble topping evenly over the blueberry mixture.
Bake for 30 minutes or until the topping is golden brown and the blueberries are bubbly.
Let it cool slightly before serving.
