- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup milk
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoon butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder.
In another bowl, beat the eggs and then add the milk and melted butter. Mix well.
Combine the wet and dry ingredients, stirring until just combined. Do not overmix.
Heat a frying pan over medium heat and lightly grease it with butter or oil.
Pour a small amount of batter into the pan to form a pancake. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.
Repeat with the remaining batter. Serve warm with your favorite toppings.
