Blackberry Cream Cheese Crumb Cake

For the cake
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- ¼ teaspoon baking soda
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ cup unsalted butter, softened
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
For the cream cheese filling
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
For the crumb topping
- ½ cup all-purpose flour
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- ¼ cup unsalted butter, cold and cubed
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Add butter, sour cream, egg, and vanilla. Mix until smooth. Spread batter in pan.
In another bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add egg and mix. Spread over cake batter.
Sprinkle blackberries over cream cheese layer.
In a bowl, mix flour and sugar for topping. Cut in butter until crumbly. Sprinkle over blackberries.
Bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown. Cool before serving.
