  • 1 can Black Beans drained and rinsed
  • 0.5 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 0.25 cup Onion finely chopped
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 0.5 teaspoon Chili Powder
  • 1 unit Egg beaten
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil for cooking

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a food processor, combine black beans, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, cumin, chili powder, and egg. Pulse until well mixed but still slightly chunky.
  2. 2. Form the mixture into 4 patties.
  3. 3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, until crispy and heated through.
