Biscuit Breakfast Casserole
A hearty breakfast casserole made with biscuits, sausage, eggs, and cheese.

- 1 lb Breakfast sausage
- 1 can Refrigerated biscuits
- 6 Eggs
- 1 cup Milk
- 2 cups Shredded cheese
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Cook the sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
3. Cut the biscuits into quarters and place them in a greased baking dish.
4. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
5. Add the cooked sausage and shredded cheese to the egg mixture, then pour over the biscuits in the baking dish.
6. Bake for 35 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the top is golden brown.
7. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
