- 1 cup Biscoff Spread
- 1 cup White Chocolate Chunks
- 1 cup Brown Sugar
- 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 2 Eggs
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking pan.
In a mixing bowl, combine Biscoff spread, brown sugar, and eggs. Mix well.
Add vanilla extract, flour, and baking powder. Stir until combined.
Fold in white chocolate chunks.
Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
Bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let cool before cutting into pieces. Enjoy!
