Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Greek yogurt plain or flavored
  • 1 cup Mixed berries fresh or frozen
  • 2 tablespoon Honey optional

Instructions 

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Spread the yogurt evenly on the parchment paper.
  3. Sprinkle the mixed berries on top of the yogurt.
  4. Drizzle honey over the berries if using.
  5. Freeze for at least 2 hours or until firm.
  6. Break into pieces and serve immediately or store in the freezer.
