Berry Tiramisu
A delightful twist on the classic tiramisu, using fresh berries.

Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Mascarpone Cheese
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- ½ cup Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 cup Mixed Berries Strawberries, blueberries, raspberries
- 1 package Ladyfingers
In a mixing bowl, whisk together mascarpone cheese, heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
Layer ladyfingers at the bottom of the serving dish.
Spread a layer of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers.
Top with a layer of mixed berries.
Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of berries on top.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
