Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Mascarpone Cheese
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • ½ cup Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 cup Mixed Berries Strawberries, blueberries, raspberries
  • 1 package Ladyfingers

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together mascarpone cheese, heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  2. Layer ladyfingers at the bottom of the serving dish.
  3. Spread a layer of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers.
  4. Top with a layer of mixed berries.
  5. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of berries on top.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
