Ingredients 

Crust and Streusel

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup rolled oats

Berry Filling

  • 2 cups mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, and melted butter. Mix until crumbly.
  3. Press half of the mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking dish to form the crust.
  4. In another bowl, mix berries, sugar, and cornstarch. Spread over the crust.
  5. Sprinkle the remaining crumb mixture over the berry layer.
  6. Bake for 45 minutes or until the top is golden brown. Let cool before cutting into bars.
