Ingredients 

Crust

  • 1.5 cups Graham Cracker Crumbs
  • 0.5 cup Melted Butter

Filling

  • 8 oz Mascarpone Cheese room temperature
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 0.5 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Topping

  • 2 cups Mixed Berries fresh

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl. Press into a tart pan.
  3. Bake crust for 10 minutes. Let it cool.
  4. In a mixing bowl, whisk mascarpone, heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  5. Spread the filling over the cooled crust.
  6. Top with fresh berries. Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
