Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl. Press into a tart pan.
Bake crust for 10 minutes. Let it cool.
In a mixing bowl, whisk mascarpone, heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
Spread the filling over the cooled crust.
Top with fresh berries. Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
