Main Ingredients
- 1 cup All-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
- 2 tablespoon Sugar
- 1 Egg beaten
- ½ cup Milk
- 1 cup Mixed berries fresh or frozen
- 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil for frying
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
Add the beaten egg and milk to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
Gently fold in the mixed berries.
Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
Spoon the batter into the pan, forming small fritters. Cook until golden brown on both sides, about 2-3 minutes per side.
Remove from the pan and drain on paper towels. Serve warm.
