- 1 cup Almond Milk
- 3 tablespoon Chia Seeds
- 1 cup Mixed Berries fresh or frozen
- 1 tablespoon Honey optional
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
In a mixing bowl, whisk together almond milk, chia seeds, honey, and vanilla extract.
Let the mixture sit for about 10 minutes, then whisk again to prevent clumping.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Before serving, stir the pudding and top with mixed berries.
