Ingredients 

Crust

  • 1.5 cups Graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.5 cups Melted butter

Filling

  • 16 oz Cream cheese softened
  • 0.5 cups Sugar
  • 2 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 2 Eggs large

Topping

  • 1 cup Mixed berries fresh or frozen

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into a tart pan.
  3. Bake crust for 10 minutes. Let cool.
  4. Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Add eggs one at a time.
  5. Pour filling into crust. Bake for 20 minutes or until set.
  6. Let cool, then top with mixed berries. Chill before serving.
