Crust
- 1.5 cups Graham cracker crumbs
- 0.5 cup Melted butter
Filling
- 24 oz Cream cheese softened
- 1 cup Granulated sugar
- 3 large Eggs
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
Topping
- 2 cups Mixed berries fresh or frozen
- 0.5 cup Berry jam
Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of the pan to form the crust.
In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla extract.
Pour the filling over the crust. Bake for 60 minutes or until the center is set. Let it cool.
Top with mixed berries and berry jam. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
