- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup beer
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon mustard powder

In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
Whisk in the flour and cook for 1-2 minutes.
Slowly add the beer, whisking constantly until smooth.
Add the shredded cheese, garlic powder, and mustard powder. Stir until the cheese is melted and the mixture is smooth.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve warm.
