Main Ingredients
- 1 lb beef sirloin sliced into thin strips
- 1 cup mushrooms sliced
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoon flour
- 2 tablespoon butter
- to taste salt and pepper
1. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
2. Add the onions and garlic, and cook until softened.
3. Add the beef strips and cook until browned.
4. Stir in the mushrooms and cook for another 5 minutes.
5. Sprinkle the flour over the mixture and stir well.
6. Gradually add the beef broth, stirring constantly until the sauce thickens.
7. Reduce the heat and stir in the sour cream. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
8. Serve hot over egg noodles or rice.
